What is a lesson like?

  • Each lesson, 30 or 60 minutes will challenge you but not overtax you, will invigorate and awake you.
     

  • Exercises will challenge the spaces that are tight, closed, unused or inactive, creating more space, more openness.
     

  • Precise instructions allow you to totally disconnect from your day and its activities. You cannot do Cantienica® exercises and think about anything else.
     

  • Gain body awareness and be pleasantly surprised at your own body's intelligence. Every exercise is tailored to you.
     

  • We celebrate the uniqueness of everyone and the uniqueness of their body.
     

  • Before your first lesson, you will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire.
     

  • You will also need to read and sign our safety policy.
