What is a lesson like?

Each lesson, 30 or 60 minutes will challenge you but not overtax you, will invigorate and awake you.

Exercises will challenge the spaces that are tight, closed, unused or inactive, creating more space, more openness.

Precise instructions allow you to totally disconnect from your day and its activities. You cannot do Cantienica® exercises and think about anything else.
