All services are designed to support women experiencing pelvic pain and body disconnection through gentle, alignment-based education and body awareness.

2. Educational Nature of Services

All offerings are for educational, reflective, and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site or in our programs constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.

You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your health or physical activity. All participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

3. Client Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

By using The Restful Body, you agree to:

Stay within your physical and emotional limits

Take full responsibility for your choices and outcomes

You release The Restful Body and its owner from liability for any injuries, dissatisfaction, or results that arise from engaging with our content or services.

4. Coaching, Calls, and Body Whispering Sessions

1:1 Coaching & Consultation: These services are reflective and educational in nature, not therapeutic or diagnostic.

Body Whispering Session: This is a somatic-based, guided session that invites body awareness and deeper listening. It is not physical bodywork or medical intervention.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

5. Free Resources (“Freebies”)

Free guides, checklists, or challenges are for personal use only. You may not distribute, modify, or reuse these materials without permission. We reserve the right to update or withdraw free offerings at any time.

6. Courses and Digital Products

Purchasing a course gives you personal, non-transferable access. Sharing logins or materials with others is not allowed.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all course sales are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the content.

7. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Digital products and courses: Non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

1:1 services: Unused sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. No refunds for completed or missed sessions.
