Is this for me if I don't know what's causing my pelvic pain?

Yes. This kit is for the pain–fear–tension loop that can happen regardless of diagnosis. It’s a “what to do in the moment” plan, not a medical diagnosis tool. You can do the free quiz to determine if your pain is nerve-related, musculoskeletal or a mixture.

Will this still work if my pain is severe or long-standing?
